Conscious sedation
Greater comfort, relaxation and safety.
The term "conscious sedation" was introduced by the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and refers to a medically-controlled state of sedation of a conscious patient, which keeps the patient free of anxiety, tension and pain, and at the same time allows the patient to respond to physical stimuli and verbal commands.
Conscious sedation is performed by our Anaesthesiologist (doctor specialised in anaesthesia) with the latest techniques developed in anaesthesia, allowing for the well-being of the patient with the greatest possible safety.
